My company is a mobile company able to apply
steel coatings on site. Our material is applied at
52 R and work hardens to 70 R. 30 thousands of
our Mac 170 Material wears better than ¼” AR
400 plate, 60 thousands wears better than ½”
AR 400 Plate. Our material is used on Dozers,
Loaders, Longwall Pans, chutes, even miner bits.
We have proved 8 times wear of regular longwall
