Coal Types
The coal we have forsale is Bituminous Coal from the Kentucky mines. It is a Medium Volatile Coal.
30% to 40% Volatile.
We have two clases:
Low Fusion - Liquefy at 19,000 to 22,000 btu's. (British Thermal Unit)
High Fusion - Liquuefy at 27,000 and up.
The btu range runs 10,000 to 15,000.
Sulfur Content varies from 0.1 to 5% or higher.
Moisture Content is around 6% - 7%.
Ash will vary depending on seam, most well under 10%.

Coal Uses
Fuel Source , Heating , Power Plant Fuel , used to make other things as nylon , ingredient in many substances. Thousands of uses.

Coal Should not be burned in a wood burning stove. Check your stoves instructions.

Anthracite Coal we don't have. You need to look in the Pennsylvania area. Anthracite is used in metalurgy.Very Hard Coal

Bituminous Coal we do have. It is abundant in Kentucky.Soft to Harder Coal
Power Plants Burn this coal. Good for the coal stove or boiler. Stoker is made from this coal. Stoker is sized and treated to burn in heating furnances

.Lignite Coal we don't have. You will find it out west in seams of a few feet up to over a hundred feet thick. Very high mositure coal running about 30%. Soft Coal.
