Land is being cleared of timber now and will be permitted for coal removal in three to four months. Price is 8 million down and six (6) dollars per ton. Can be contract mined.
202 ACRES OF COAL 24" TO 30" THICKNESS WITH 50 FEET OVERBURDEN. No shale with this coal, overburden is sandstone and some with pea gravel, seven types of sand. Price is 2 .5 million and two (2) dollars per ton for the coal and two (2) dollars per ton for the rock and sand.
86 ACRES OF COAL ANALYZED AS FOLLOWS:
mositure 2.20%, Volatile 28.64%, fixed carbon 59.73%,
ash 9.43%, sulfur .56%, BTU 13,475.
40 feet of overburden coarse sandstone and sandstone
