Jurisdictional
Waters of The United States of America who owns the jurisdiction?
The Corps and they can tell you anytime what you can and can't do with
your land. They use to issue nationwide 21 permits for coal mining, but
they have backed off those now for a few years. They pretty much change
the rules as they go along, and the coal industry is going down. The
Corps has made coal their target and when the coal industry is gone;
who
do you think will be next? Your industry; if it's in the jurisdiction
of the corps of which every square inch of the U. S. is. The clean
water
act is so broad that it will eventually shut all industry down;
including cattle and hog farms, road construction, simple house seats,
dog lots in your back yard and anything else they want to shut down.
The Corps has all the Ace's and Jokers in the deck, they now have more
power than the EPA, United States Congress,Senate, and President.
You may think I'm crazy; just wait until the Division of Water for your
state comes knocking on your door and hands you a fine you can't pay
and takes all your land, your house and cars and your retirement. It's
already happening, they do it a little at a time until we are all gone,
that way they don't raise much alarm. If they went all out and
hit everyone at once then they would go down faster than a bird flying
into a window. Soon we will be in the wild west, no improvements, no
jobs, nothing but naked buts fighting for the last scrap of food. The
environmental groups are going to get what they asked for; back to
nature baby, no lights, no cars, no trains, nothing.
You may ask how can anyone be so stupid to let this happen? It's
all in the big plan to control your but, make you walk where they want
you to, make you breed with pigs if they want you to. Freedom is no
longer available to anyone but the elite who have all the controls,
except they don't have true freedom; just more than you. They get your
women and daughters when they want them, they make you eat crap and
shine their shoes; in other words your now their slaves.
It's already happening; it's in your town and your state. With todays
technology you can't hide and you can't run. Welcome to the world of
Global Warming and The Corps; they are designed to take your freedom,
it's already here, lies and deception: you've done it to yourself baby,
self inflicted.
I'm not getting into the technicial part of how they are doing this;
does Congress or the Senate tell you why they vote for anything? You
have to read between the lines; you will never have access to the real
picture. So go out and blindly do what you do now; put some jerk in
office you can't control; then lie back and get ready to bend over baby.
